Not use the services for illegal or unethical automation practices.
Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or replicate Mechevos proprietary automation technology.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, automation scripts, AI models, and intellectual property are owned by Mechevo.
Users cannot reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our automation solutions without written
permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Mechevo shall not be liable for:
Financial losses, whether direct or indirect, resulting from automation errors.
Data breaches, cybersecurity threats, or operational failures within automation workflows.
AI-generated inaccuracies or system malfunctions.
Third-party API failures impacting automation.
Business losses, downtime, or disruptions caused by automation misconfiguration.
6. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Mechevo harmless from claims arising due to misuse of our
AI-driven automation services.
7. No Refunds or Service Guarantees
Mechevo does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
There are no guarantees for the performance of AI automation solutions, as outcomes depend on
external data and user inputs.
8. Termination of Services
Mechevo reserves the right to terminate services at its discretion.
Services may be suspended or terminated for misuse, unauthorized automation modifications, or
legal violations.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes related to our automation services shall be resolved in the courts of Chhattisgarh,
India.
10. Changes to Terms
Mechevo may update these Terms at any time to reflect technological advancements in
automation.Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
